Description

This cable by Delock enables the connection of a DisplayPort monitor to a device with USB-C™ or Thunderbolt™ 3 port, such as a MacBook or a Chromebook. The interface has to support the DisplayPort Alternate Mode. This active optical cable uses optical fiber to transmit high-speed signals. Compared to traditional copper cable, it is softer, thinner, lighter, and can transmit signals over longer distances without loss. By supporting a maximum bandwidth of 40 Gbps, content up to 8K @ 60 Hz resolution can be displayed, and even up to 240 Hz at 4K resolution.
