Description

This USB cable by Delock enables the connection between a device with a USB Type-C™ connector and a PC or a laptop equipped with a free USB Type-C™ port.

Active Optical Cable
This active optical cable uses optical fiber to transmit high-speed signals. Compared to traditional copper cable, it is softer, thinner, lighter, and can transmit signals over longer distances without loss. The cable is suitable for connecting a USB-C™ monitor with resolution up to 8K Ultra HD (7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz) to a computer with USB-C™ interface and DisplayPort Alternate Mode support.
When connected to a docking station with simultaneous operation of DisplayPort and USB at 10 Gbps, a resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 120 Hz is possible. The active optical cable enables data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps when connecting USB 10 Gbps compatible devices. Of course, USB 2.0 devices can also be connected.

USB Power Delivery support up to 60 watt
Supporting the USB Power Delivery standard, connected devices can be powered up to 60 W (20 V / 3 A). This cable is only compatible with DisplayPort (DP alt mode) devices and it will not work with Thunderbolt™ devices.
